The 28-year-old rapper has been spending *lots* of time in the gym lately. So, naturally, she's taking fans along for the ride with easy-to-follow Instagram reels that highlight her workout routines.

In her latest Instagram video, Megan took her fans through a strength training and HIIT workout. “Staying disciplined no matter what 💪🏽 it’s literally about to be a movie hotties 🖤,” she captioned the post, which was a hit with her followers.

Singer Muni Long commented, “I feel like I worked out too 😅,” while Selling Sunset’s Christine Quinn added, “STALLION!!!! 🔥🔥🔥.” Another fan asked an important question: “WTH ARE YOU TRAINING FOR? THE OLYMPICS?!” Truly, Megan is working hard!

The “Body” rapper starts the video twerking in a matching yellow workout set, and she is sculpted all over. Then, she does crunches with a twist at the top to ensure she works her obliques. After, she moves on to a set of rows with kettlebells.

To get her heart pumping, Megan does a killer compound exercise next. While using the battle ropes, she jumps on and off a platform with a resistance band around her legs. After, she continues to do more ab moves, like leg tucks with TRX bands, working on her balance, mobility, and core strength.

“Do you want to be a motherf*cking mule, or do you want to be a motherf*cking stallion?” Megan asks in the voiceover, and the answer is, obviously, stallion. She finishes this spicy workout by doing side shuffles with a resistance band around her legs, lunges with weights, and then leg lifts to work that core.
