Megan Thee Stallion is known for her fire verses, and her activism. But in her latest Instagram post she brought the focus back to her body-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody.

We know Megan is a natural queen. As she raps on the new Lil Nas X album, “thick, no add-on, prosthetics, everythin' about me came from genetics,” but girl — can we get a couple of pointers for the gym?

Thankfully, Megan has shared her wellness tips starting with a three-month plan in January she dubbed “Hottie Bootcamp.” Megan explained her plan in an IGTV noting, “it’s not necessarily a weight loss journey but a health journey 💙 Y’all will be experiencing this with me every step of the way 😝 real healthy girl sh*t ...”

She shared a highly relatable, yet painful, video of her enjoying a chicken wing, before throwing all of her junk food out. And I will admit, seeing her toss a big old box of Gushers in the trash did hurt my soul. But she is a woman on a mission!

It’s not all about diet for the WAP singer. Megan drinks at least a gallon of water a day and performs a variety of workouts. She’s doing weighted squats and kettlebell exercises, she runs on the (dreaded) treadmill, and she’s taking pole dancing classes!

Megan shared a video from her pole dancing workout in January, writing in the caption that “This sh*t kicked my a** but I’m definitely going back !”

Her circuit workouts, which focus on her legendary “derrière, include balancing on two Bosu balls doing squats with a kettlebell, weighted walking squats, weighted side lunges on the Bosu ball, leg lifts, and fire hydrants.

In a video of this workout she says "I know I wanna have a nice ass, but does it have to hurt to receive the ass?"

I didn't know my love for Meg could grow more than it did when I saw her twerking and eating Cheetos in her Thot Sh*t video, but here we are!
