Megan Fox Says Brian Austin Green Wants to Make Her Look Like an ‘Absent Mother’

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green’s split is getting messier by the minute. 

In May, Green confirmed the couple broke up late last year and Fox is currently dating Machine Gun Kelly—but this latest dispute concerns their three children. After Green posted a Halloween image featuring their son, Journey, Fox took to the comments section to publicly declare how she felt about the situation. 

“Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in. I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids,” she wrote. 

She continued, “But I don't know why you can’t stop using them to posture [sic] via Instagram. You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time. Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?”

After Fox’s comment, Green took down his original post and reposted an image with his son cropped out. 

Fox did post about Halloween, but used an image with friends and none of her three children. 

Green’s ex Vanessa Marcil, with whom he shares an older son named Kassius, appeared to voice her support for Megan Fox on Instagram. Her post read, “Like I said… The Truth always comes out in the end…” and she captioned it “#ImWithYouSister”. 

“We had an amazing 15-year relationship. We have three beautiful kids. We shared a lot together and we really went through a lot together,” Green previously said of Fox on Instagram Live in August, per People. “Right now the paths are different and she is on her path doing what she feels she needs to be doing to be happy and I’m on my path doing what I feel I need to do to be happy, and it’s not for a lack of love for the kids or lack of being responsible.”
