Megan Fox was looking seriously toned when showing off her strong legs at the Billboard Music Awards with fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly.
The couple left people with a lot of questions after MGK called Megan his "wife" and dedicated a song to their "unborn child." Is a baby on the way?!
Megan, 36, follows a very strict diet that includes mostly organic food and no alcohol.
Megan Fox looked absolutely stunning at last night's Billboard Music Awards. The Jennifer's Body star, 36, wore a custom David Koma gown that featured a thigh-high slit, showing off her toned and strong legs. The gown also included built-in gloves and intricate rhinestone flowers at the shoulders. And Megan finished the look by debuting her brand new bangs.
Her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, looked equally dapper in a metal spike-accented Dolce & Gabbana suit. He took the stage during the show to perform his song "Twin Flame," and actually called Megan his wife, stating that he “wrote this song for my wife.” Midway through his performance, he stopped and dedicate the song to “my unborn child,” according to Entertainment Tonight. GASP! We'll have to wait and see if the two actually tied the knot (and if Megan is expecting!).
When she's not getting glam for the red carpet, Megan works up a sweat with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. Megan told E! News back in 2014, "I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."
Pasternak previously told People that he has her do Five-Factor workouts: A minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower-body sculpting exercise, an upper-body toning exercise, then a core-sculpting exercise, and a five-minute cool down.
To get her legs so strong and toned, Pasternak encourages getting in lots of steps. "The focus really is on steps, making sure you get at least 12,000 steps a day through walking, moving your body," he shared with Insider.
Megan eats super healthy, according to Machine Gun Kelly. He told Entertainment Today that if they're ordering late-night food, “she’s probably ordering sushi." He continued: "She eats super healthy. Everything is gluten free and organic on her menu."
Megan also likes to make a protein smoothie to help fuel herself. "Megan's favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder, and a little bit of almond milk," Pasternak told People.
She also shared via Instagram that she likes to "oscillate between eating keto and paleo." And she hasn't had alcohol in over a decade. “I’m always completely sober,” she told Glamour. “I don’t even drink a glass of wine. I don’t ever smoke. I don’t drink coffee. I’m super strict with my diet and I never deviate.”
She wrote in the post that, "When I’m eating paleo I need snacks that I can bring with me to work or while traveling. Most protein bars contain inflammatory ingredients and so I usually avoid them."
