Megan Fox, 35, stunned at Sunday night’s MTV VMA in what’s been dubbed a “naked dress.”
The Thierry Mugler dress she wore was beaded and see-through, and showed off the blinged-out tiny thong she wore underneath. Megan’s abs, legs, arms—everything—were on display, and she looked so fit.
The actress "works out hard" twice a week, lifting heavy weights and with bursts of cardio.
Megan Fox has built up a rep for bringing it on the red carpet, and she definitely didn’t mess around at Sunday night’s MTV VMAs: The 35-year-old actress worked what’s been dubbed a “naked dress.”
Megan shared photos of her look alongside boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, writing, “Daddy’s gonna win a VMA,” in the caption. The Thierry Mugler dress she wore was beaded and see-through, and showed off the blinged-out tiny thong she wore underneath. Megan’s abs, legs, arms—everything—were on display, and she looked so fit.
People naturally lost it in the comments of her post. “This is… the hottest picture I’ve ever seen,” one wrote. “Your outfit should win a VMA 😍😍😍,” another said. “U LOOK AMAZING OMG,” someone else chimed in.
Worth noting: Megan also wore a revealing Mugler dress to the Billboard Music Awards in May and, yep, she looked incredibly fit then, too.
Is it hot in here? Whew! OK, so…Megan clearly looks amazing, but the Transformers alum—and mom of three!—works hard for that body.
For starters, she eats really well. “I cut out all sort of breads and those sort of carbohydrates,” she previously told E!.“No crackers, no pretzels, no chips, anything unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee once a day.” Megan also said that she doesn’t have “splurge foods.”
“I either do something or I don't do it at all, and I'm doing this right now, so I have no cheat days,” she said.
Megan’s trainer Harley Pasternak, previously told People that they tend to focus on five phases during their workouts together: A minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower-body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and a five minute cool down.
Megan also told E! that she exercises “really hard” twice a week. “I do bursts of cardio with really heavyweights,” she added.
