Meet Yellowbird Sauce, the Condiment Making Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries Better Than Ever

If you missed the news, Taco Bell's Nacho Fries are back, back, back again. Yes, for the ninth time since their inception in 2018, the spicy seasoned fries have returned to Taco Bell menus thanks to overwhelming customer demand. Starting April 13, the Nacho Fries have been available at Taco Bell locations nationwide.

While the fries are not new to Taco Bell fans, there is one new addition to the menu alongside the fries and it's seriously heating things up. And, to up the ante even more it's only on the menu for two weeks. It's none other than the Yellowbird Nacho Fries, which feature a new, exclusive Spicy Habanero Ranch. So what exactly is Yellowbird and what do you need to know about the limited-time collaboration?

What Is Yellowbird Sauce?

Yellowbird is an Austin, TX-based hot sauce company. The Yellowbird Nacho Fries feature the brand's beloved Habanero Hot Sauce in an exclusive, new condiment: Spicy Habanero Ranch. In addition to the kicked-up ranch, the Yellowbird Nacho Fries are loaded with the classic Taco Bell nacho cheese sauce and grilled steak.

According to the brand's website, Yellowbird's Habanero Hot Sauce is flavored with carrots, garlic, and tangerine, in addition to the fiery peppers.

Did a sudden craving for some spicy fries just hit? Ready for a fourth meal? The Nacho Fries are available now through April 27, or while supplies last, at participating Taco Bell locations.

The regular Nacho Fries will run you $1.99, while the Yellowbird Nacho Fries cost $4.99. Fans ordering through the Taco Bell app can also opt to add a side of Spicy Habanero Ranch sauce to any item for an extra $1 for a limited time.
