Meet the New Gossip Girl Cast—And Find Out Where You’ve Seen Them Before

Gossip Girl character: Gossip Girl! Or at least, her voice.

Previously known for: I mean, it's Kristen Bell, the O.G. narrator of Gossip Girl! If you don't know her from The Good Place, Veronica Mars, or Frozen, you've probably seen her cry over a sloth on Ellen.

Gossip Girl character: Lind plays one of the reboot's lead characters, Audrey Hope, “who is in a long-term relationship and is beginning to wonder what else might be out there,” per The Hollywood Reporter. When the official Gossip Girl Instagram page posted the first looks at some of the show's newest Upper East Siders, they described Audrey with one word: grace.

Previously known for: Lind is a soap opera veteran, actor, and musician who played a young Shirley Temple in J. Edgar. She might be best known for her work on series like Code Black and Revenge. You can also catch her in both of Netflix's The Babysitter movies as Melanie.

Gossip Girl character: Kate Keller, whose word on the ’Gram is ambition.

Previously known for: Gevinson is best known as the prolific young founder and editor of the online magazine Rookie (RIP). On top of her writing career, the 24-year-old has acted in the film Enough Said starring Julia Louis-Dreyfus as well as appeared on TV shows like Parenthood and Scream Queens.

Gossip Girl character: Julien Callow: influence.

Previously known for: Though the Canadian singer has only recently begun her acting career, she's already starred opposite Juliette Lewis in Sacred Lies: The Singing Bones on Facebook Watch.

Gossip Girl character: Otto “Obie” Bergmann IV is giving off serious Chuck Bass vibes in his debut picture, which is fitting considering his one-word descriptor is privilege.

Known for: Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.

Gossip Girl character: Zoya Lott: perspective. Like many of the others, not much is known about Zoya, but Deadline described Peak as a member of the “the leading trio” alongside Lind and Brown.

Previously known for: Peak played Judith Blackwood on Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and had a starring role in the movie Molly's Game.

Previously known for: Doherty is known for his role in Disney's Descendants sequel and third film along with his more grown-up role in High Fidelity opposite Zoë Kravitz. He recently split from his former costar Dove Cameron after three years of dating.

Gossip Girl character: Akeno “Aki” Menzies: innocence.

Previously known for: Evan Mock is actually making his acting debut in the Gossip Girl reboot, but the Hawaiian skateboarder has made waves in the fashion industry, modeling in campaigns for Bulgari, Jimmy Choo x Timberland, Calvin Klein, and more.

Gossip Girl character: Unknown

Previously known for: Gotay is a well-known theater actor and singer, having appeared in the Broadway productions of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and Bring It On!

Gossip Girl character: Unknown. He's older than the actors playing the teens in the cast, so, maybe someone's parent?

Previously known for: Fernandez has been working steadily in television for a decade, and is probably most known for appearing in the TV adaptation of Lethal Weapon as Bernard Scorsese.

Gossip Girl character: Unknown. Set photos show Benanti's character being helped by two high schoolers at some kind of function, so we'd guess she's an UES mom.

Previously known for: Benanti's a stage legend, having been nominated for five Tony awards (she won once!). She's also appeared on shows like Younger and Supergirl and until recently played first lady Melania Trump in Late Show With Stephen Colbert spoofs.

Gossip Girl character: Unclear, though from the pictures we've seen from the set, his character is tight with Tavi Gevinson's.

Previously known for: Chanler-Berat has worked primarily on the NYC stage, making his Broadway debut as the lead in the play Peter and the Star-Catcher.
