Meet the 22 Creatives Behind This Year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas

The design community is gearing up for its fall descent upon Dallas, Texas, for the fourth-annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House. The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has just announced the team of 22 talented creatives behind this can’t-miss event, which will be open to the public for two weeks beginning November 3, 2023. VERANDA is thrilled to introduce the decorating masterminds who will spectacularly transform 9446 Hathaway Street in historic Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood.
Charged with reimagining the 7,992-square-foot 1940s home is a diverse collective of creatives hailing from California to New York, and, of course, Texas. The all-star cast includes: Cathy Kincaid Interiors, Ltd., Chad James Group, Darren Henault, Dodson Interiors, From The Ground Up, Jackson Paige Interiors, Jase Jones & Associates, Kirsten Kelli, LLC, KMNelson Design, LLC, Laura Lee Clark Interior Design, Mark D. Sikes, Inc., Melissa Gerstle Design, MORE+ Kurt Bielawski, Morgan Madison Design, MLK Studio, Pursley Dixon Ford Interior Design, Reverie Interior Design, Rivers Spencer Interiors, Sara Hillery Interior Design, Simms Hayes Design, Todd Events, and Urbanology Designs.

In addition to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club (which provides young people with educational and developmental programs in New York City), the Dallas Show House will also benefit two local charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, another Dallas-based organization that aids, supports and contributes to children's charities in Dallas County.
This year’s Kips Bay Decorators Show House Dallas co-chairs are Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey; Laura Lee Clark and Trish Sheats serve as vice chairs. Jamie Drake, Jan Showers, and VERANDA Editor in Chief Steele Marcoux are honorary chairs.
