McDonalds Is Testing a Sriracha Big Mac

McDonald's is testing its latest creation, and it promises to have a kick. It's the srirachaBig Mac.

The fast food chain announced that it would be serving a take on its signature dish by incorporating the popular Thai condiment for a limited time. The sandwich incorporates sriracha intoMcDonald's special sauce, and the fast food giant already tested the dipping sauce in San Diego, Seattle, and Los Angeles earlier this year, BuzzFeed News reported.

This is a milestone for McDonalds, a spokesperson for the company told BuzzFeed News.

The announcement of the sriracha Big Mac came after the fast food chain unveiled its decision to offer a larger and a smaller version of the sandwich, called the Grand Mac and Mac Jr. respectively, for several months in 2017.
