The excitement surrounding the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the followup to the 2018 blockbuster Black Panther, continues to grow by the day as we inch closer to the film's November 11 release. As the movie's momentum builds, kids and collectors alike will be delighted to hear that McDonald's is launching a Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Happy Meal to celebrate the film's debut.

Each Happy Meal will include a super hero toy based on a character from the new movie. The limited edition collection features a total of 10 (yes, 10!) super hero toys, from Black Panther favorites like Shuri to potential new faves like Namor.

Not only is the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Happy Meal a celebration of what's expected to be one of this year's biggest films, but it also showcases representation.

"The first Black Panther movie inspired a new generation of Marvel lovers–and that’s because of the powerful story it told, brought to life by an incredibly talented and diverse cast," said Jennifer Healan, VP of U.S. Marketing, Brand Content, and Engagement at McDonald’s, in a statement. "It set a whole new standard for representation on the big screen. And now, we’re excited to bring that experience to our restaurants and help fans see and celebrate their inner hero with this new Happy Meal–because seeing is believing."

In addition to releasing their Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Happy Meal, McDonald's also plans to continue to support organizations and initiatives, such as the Marcus Graham Project and Spotlight Dorado, that help drive representation.
