McDonald’s Is Giving Everyone A FREE McChicken Today Only
To help everyone get through the week, McDonald's just surprised us with a very special offer. Today only, you can get a free McChicken sandwich from the fast-food chain. A chicken sandwich for zero dollars. No strings attached! Well, hardly any strings.
To redeem your free McChicken, you'll have to place the order in the McDonald's app. Simple as that—no purchase necessary.
A staple menu item, the McChicken features a chicken patty topped with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise, all served on a toasted bun. It's also available spicy if you like a little heat (the free offer applies to the spicy version, too).
If your free sandwich has you feeling parched, and you happen to be a teacher, the restaurant is also offering an assortment of free drinks in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week. From now until May 12, educators can receive a free medium soft drink, tea, or iced or hot coffee when they show their work ID. Other restaurants showing love to teachers this week with freebies and other deals include Firehouse Subs, Sonic, Schlotzsky's, and Grimaldi's.
