We have a long list of our favourite celebrity couples, from Harry Styles and Taylor Russell to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. But, Maya Jama and Stormzy have to be pretty close to the top of our list.
The Love Island presenter and rapper were first linked all the way back in 2014, but they called it quits a few years later to their heartbreak of their fans everywhere. Now, our faith in love has been restored as they're officially back together!
We've got the low down from when they first met to their most recent outings, so without further ado, here is Stormzy and Maya Jama's full relationship timeline, starting with the most recent update.
15 February, 2024 - The usually private couple had us grinning out our screens when they shared a cute TikTok video revealing details about their relationship.
In the clip, they answered questions about who said "I love you" first (it was Maya, BTW!), who is the best cook, who apologises first after an argument and more. You need to see this🥹:

2014
Maya and Stormzy (whose real name is Micheal, BTW!) reportedly first met at an event in London in 2014 and began dating the following year, though they didn't go public with their relationship until 2016.
In a joint Vogue interview in 2018, four years after first meeting, they revealed they were officially dating by January 2015. "If I'm really honest, I knew I fancied him from the start," Maya said.
"But I didn't want anything yet, because, you know, you're trying to do the whole friend situation first, and then I'd do, like, obvious hints that I fancied him and then take it back because I didn't know if he definitely likes me.
"It was a childish phase. And then one day we just kissed, and that was that!" Cute AF.
2016
Three years into their relationship, Stormzy's music career had blown up and he penned the song 'Birthday Girl' to Maya and she starred in the music video.
"That was for the Mrs but I hope any girl that hears it can vibe to it and play it on their birthday also and feel special," he wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) at the time.
A year later, she also made an appearance in the video for his critically-acclaimed single 'Big For Your Boots' on his debut album.
2017
Wedding bells were ringing as Stormzy revealed to The Mirror that he was thinking of proposing to Maya. He said: "I'm still so young but I want to propose, it's going to happen and I will do it right. She is so sick, she is the best." Awww!
Speaking to The Times, Maya also opened up about her feeling towards being known as 'Stormzy's girlfriend'. "I'm not naive to the fact that when you are a woman in the industry, most of the things that people want to talk about are your relationships," she said.
2019
Fans everywhere were heartbroken to learn that Maya and Stormzy had split up after four years together, with rumours swirling that he had cheated on her, which Stormzy denied.
In a song titled 'Lessons' on his album, Heavy is the Head, which dropped the same year, some fans believed he was singing about his breakup with Maya.
The lyrics included "the greatest love I ever knew" and "I done the dirt and then I figured that you’ll dig it out, but that’s a coward move, I guess you got me figured out, I know you’ll never listen now."
2020
Reeling from the break up, Stormzy spoke to Charlamagne Tha God in a YouTube interview, where he said he had "never loved anyone" the way he loved Maya.
"I would love to be the man who she needs, I would love to do all the things that make this work. I want to marry her, I want to have her children," he added. Damn.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Maya opened up about dating publicly after the break up. "It's made me extra careful," she said.
"I was 20 when I got into that [with Stormzy]. Now life is different. Even social media is bigger. It's going to be harder to keep things private but I'll do my best."
2021
Maya soon went on to date and get engaged to basketball player Ben Simmons (that's Kendall Jenner's ex, BTW!), with them going public at Wimbledon.
He reportedly proposed with a £800,000 engagement ring but by 2022, Maya and Ben had called it quits.
2022
In a documentary with Louis Theroux, Stormzy admitted that he had made "mistakes" during his relationship with Maya.
"My breakup was probably the biggest catalyst for my growth as a man," he shared. "It was like, 'OK, you made a mistake and you lose someone you loved, someone you cared for, someone who is special to you.'
"That's probably the biggest loss a man can have, isn't it? Away from someone passing away, that's the biggest loss you can have."
2023
Four years after they split up, Maya and Stormzy confirmed they are dating again after they were spotted holding hands while on holiday in Greece. The world is healing!
This was their first public appearance after rumours of a reconciliation began and on 7 October, the couple made their relationship Instagram-official with the cutest Instagram story.
She posted a video of him picking her up from the airport, holding a banner reading "Maya Jama #1 Fan". We're obsessed!
On 23 November, they were also photographed hand-in-hand at Vogue Event.
