Maude Apatow Took Her Dad as a Date to the Sundance Film Festival

Out of all the fish in the sea, will you come to Sundance with me? While it’s unconfirmed whether Maude Apatow uttered such words to her father, comedian Judd Apatow, prior to the film festival, she did pose alongside him at the Park City, Utah, premiere of her new movie, Other People. (If your dad was Judd Apatow, wouldn’t you do the same?)
On Thursday, the father-daughter duo walked the red carpet together at the snowy ski town’s annual movie event to celebrate the 17-year-old landing a supporting role in the forthcoming flick, marking her fourth appearance in an Apatow production.
The proud pop looked, well, like a dad (a doting one at that), in baggy jeans, a blue blazer, and brown sneakers. Maude, on-trend in a sheer boho mini dress, showed off how to look fancy in frigid temps. The high-neck, black and floral-print frock, tights and ankle boots were as sweet as Maple Syrup Taffy (look up the snow concoction, you won’t regret it).
The apple clearly didn’t fall far from the tree in terms of the teen’s acting prowess. As for her style, though—let’s just say she clearly got it from her mama!
