Do you consider yourself a fan of sleeping? Do you hit snooze at least 10 times every morning? Did you yawn reading this sentence? If you answered yes these questions, get your resumes ready because we've found your dream job.

Wakefit, an Indian company that sells mattresses and other sleep products, is hiring “sleep interns” so it can better understand sleep patterns. So what does a sleep intern’s job entail? You guessed it: sleeping.

If you’re hired, the company will send a mattress and a fitness tracker to your home. The job lasts seven nights a week for 100 nights. You’ll also get paid Rs.1 lakh, which is about $1,400. Yep, you could keep you day job and then go home and get paid to sleep.

To qualify, you have to have a completed degree in any field, and you have to be able to fall asleep within 20 minutes of getting into bed. You’ll also have to stay in bed for at least nine hours of solid sleep, then record and analyze your sleep patterns. Nine hours! You're really twisting my arm now.

The company provided a few more qualities of its ideal candidate: people who eschew social media, binge-watching Netflix, and caffeine consumption are at an advantage (as all of those are known to get in the way of falling asleep quickly!). "A low screen time will be your biggest asset. The ideal candidate is one who has the ability to blissfully ignore phone notifications at night," Wakefit notes.

So if you’re already an excellent sleeper and you want to make some extra cash, apply to the job here.
