Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves Pose For Rare Photos With Son Levi

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves hit the red carpet earlier this week, and they decided to make it a family affair.

The spouses attended the annual Mack, Jack & McConaughey Gala in Austin, Texas on Thursday, April 27, along with their firstborn son Levi Alves McConaughey, with whom they posed for a rare family red carpet photo.

The Interstellar actor, 53, was cleaned up for the event in a baby blue suit, which perfectly complimented Alves pastel ensemble, which consisted of a pale yellow dress and a cape of the same color. Levi, 14, kept his look simple with a white button-down shirt and a pair of navy pants, bearing a striking resemblance to both of his famous parents in the red carpet snapshots.

Levi is the eldest of the actor's three children he shares with his wife, 41, in addition to their daughter Vida, 13, and younger son Livingston, 10, though McConaughey and Alves have mostly kept their kids' lives out of the public eye.

Thursday's event is an annual joint fundraising effort by McConaughey, as well as musician Jack Ingram and ESPN's Mack, which aims to raise money benefiting the wellness and education of children.

"Yesterday, Camila and I go by one of the high schools that we’re working in over here. And we ask the kids, ‘What’s one of your favorite things about the class?’ And they tell us, ‘Oh, I finally have a safe place to go after school.’ We’re like, ‘Oh, we didn’t even think about that,’” McConaughey shared during Thursday's event. “So simple things that these kids are getting that is helping them make choices where they can prevent getting in trouble before they need a cure later in life. That’s what excites me about [this cause].”
