Drummer Steven Adler, bassist Duff McKagan, vocalist Axl Rose, and guitarists Slash and Izzy Stradlin of the music group Guns N' Roses.

One resident in Winchester, Massachusetts, is proving to be the biggest fan of Halloween–and rock group Guns N' Roses–with a massive display he erected on the property of his family's home.

Identified as homeowner Jon Swan, this is the third time the family has assembled the display, and each year, it just keeps getting bigger and better. As it stands, this year's display features a Guns N' Roses-themed giant skeleton band, werewolf security guards, flying witches, and a whole lot more.

For the 2023 spooky season, Swan told WBZ he started decorating in August so that the house would be ready by Oct. 1, "We like to have the entire month of October open to trick-or-treating, so we’ve already had people come by,” he said.

"There is a lot of people that slow down," Swan later told local CBS reporters, before sharing photos of the rocker skeletons with the publication. "During the pandemic, this started to become a passion project. In 2020, we bought our first 12-foot skeleton. It snowballed."

"That why we actually started to clear out the driveway - to encourage and allow people to come through, so they're not creating a disturbance," he shared.

Despite garnering the attention of nationwide news outlets and captivating audiences that drive by, his neighbors are all about the sprawling setup. "Our neighbors are, like, the best people in the world," Swan said.

This year, community members are in for a real treat, as the display has grown significantly since the Swan family first designed it.

"We'll have synchronized lights with music, with an FM transmitter, if people want to listen to the actual light show. There'll probably be a lot of rock music," he said.

The improvements and dedication to holiday decorating have come at a cost, with Swan estimating that he's probably spent "well over 10 grand" over the last three years on supplies.

But he has no regrets, suggesting it's money well spent, "Most holidays should be around celebrating and having some joy," he said.
