One of the most popular shows on TV is BACK and better than ever for their tenth season. The Masked Singer cast for Season 10 will blow all your expectations out of the water.

The Masked Singer—also abbreviated as TMS—is Fox’s reality TV singing competition series, in which celebrities compete against each other in performances while wearing head-to-toe costumes and face masks to conceal their identities. Throughout the season, a panel of judges guess the celebrities’ identities based on their voices and clues provided before and after each performance. Each week, the contestant with the least amount of votes from the studio audience is eliminated and takes off their masks to reveal their identities.

Executive Producer Craig Plestis explained to Entertainment Weekly that The Masked Singer Season 10 has “some of the biggest stars and biggest names” yet. “We’re really proud with not only the name quality that we have, but just some of the performances are beyond belief — of the people who can sing, and also the people who can’t sing,” he says with a laugh.

Panelist Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg also added the upcoming suspense to one of the contestants behind the masks. “It’s insane because this incredible artist actually tricked us, put on a real act because he/she basically knew all of us. And so the fact that this artist got all the way to the end and we were stumped is shocking, because it is one of the biggest artists ever.”

Who hosts The Masked Singer?

Nick Cannon has hosted The Masked Singer since the very first season of the US TV show.  For his work on The Masked Singer, Cannon was nominated for best host at the 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards, as well as best host for 2020’s Kids’ Choice Awards.

Cannon initially wasn’t going to look for another variety show to host after America’s Got Talent. He told Variety, “I was really meticulous about what I would want to host again in the space of nonscripted variety since I had done it on the biggest level with ‘AGT.’ I didn’t want to jump in and host another talent show,”

Who are The Masked Singer Panelists?

The Masked Singer panelists include Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarty Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger.

Talking to Parade, Ken Jeong recounted how it was “surreal” after being on air for 10 seasons. “I was talking to Robin Thicke about it, just like, ‘Can you believe we’ve had 10 seasons of this?’ It does blow my mind; I’ve been so blessed to have been a part of so many things, whether it be HangoverCommunityMasked Singer, and everything in between that. It is almost an embarrassment of riches. I’m just very grateful, you know, and I’m very happy. And I’m continuing to have fun; I’m continuing to love what I do. And I think that I just want that feeling for the rest of my life. I remember Will Arnett when he was a guest judge. And I remember he was telling me, ‘You having fun makes me happy.’ So I took a lot of pride in that. Seeing me genuinely having a good time on the show is just so important.”

Scherzinger also added about the emotional feelings that are persistent on the show to Entertainment Weekly. “I’m an artist, so I’m naturally emotional anyway. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. So with doing a lot of these talent-searching shows, I do get very emotional because music is the best way of communication and connection to me. So that already makes me emotional, but never in a million years would I have imagined looking at a big, furry, one-eyed monster, and then listening to them sing “Stay With Me” and that I would be so emotionally blown away by it. I think that’s what’s so bizarre and so special about our show is that you’re looking at these crazy costumes and these faces that don’t move. And yet you’re moved by these contestants, you’re moved by their performances.”

The Masked Singer is available to watch on Fox. Here’s how to watch it live for free.
