  • Who is Broccoli on The Masked Singer season 4? Below are the internet’s top guesses based on the clues revealed so far.

  • Right now, we’d say Broccoli on The Masked Singer is actor Martin Sheen.

Season 4 of The Masked Singer is well underway, but there’s still plenty of guessing left to do. The latest installment of the singing competition show is giving viewers major throwback vibes from season 2. Many agree that Broccoli resembles Thingamajig from the second season thanks to the plaid outfit and green fuzz features. But even so, this character remains a mystery — and now, it's up to Masked Singer fans to put their minds together and figure out who the green veggie might be.

Who Is Broccoli on The Masked Singer?

Here’s everything we know about Broccoli so far:

  • Broccoli has a fuzzy green beard and wears yellow plaid pants and a letterman jacket with The Masked Singer logo on the back.

  • Broccoli also wears a gold chain, diamond necklace, and a second necklace with a gold headphones pendant.

  • The veggie is a “brocco-lean, mean, heart-pumping machine” with a six-pack.

  • In the first clue package, Broccoli is on TikTok showing his new dance challenge called the “Brocco-lean.”

  • Broccoli is seen next to a can of soup, two dogs playing, and in a yellow sports car with the license plate “LD1ESMN.”

  • Broccoli says that “a contest greased the wheels for [his] career” and now, he’s “so humbled to work with the biggest artists stacking up [his] cheese.”

  • Three security guards are shown playing instruments as part of a mariachi band.

  • Broccoli admits that “it ain’t easy being a kid rolling with the OGs, but performing is [his] passion.” He’s also “been on many stages.”

Gathering all these clues, here’s who Masked Singer fans believe it could be:

For Broccoli’s first performance, he sang Jerry Lee Lewis’s 1957 rock and roll version of “Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin On.” While the veggie’s introduction and first clue package suggested that he was younger, some fans think the show is intentionally trying to throw everyone off. An observant Masked Singer viewer noticed the White House in the background of the performance and guessed actor Martin Sheen. After all, the 80-year-old portrayed the President in the NBC political drama West Wing. In addition, Martin appeared in a video for the White House in January 2015 about Cheese Day, which could explain the cheese mention in the clue video.

Comedian and actor Kevin Smith is known for wearing hockey jerseys, but he’s also passionate about his health. In February 2018, he had “a massive heart attack” while performing for a standup comedy TV special. Although the director didn’t like vegetables growing up, he decided to turn his life around and go vegan with the help of his daughter. This could explain the Broccoli costume and the “heart-pumping” clue. Over the past two years, Kevin has lost more than 80 pounds and continues to share his story in the hopes that others will make also changes for their well-being.

The stand-up comedian and podcast star Bert Kreischer was first put in the spotlight thanks to a 1997 feature by Rolling Stone entitled, “The Undergraduate,” which could match up with Broccoli's college-kid vibes. Plus, Masked Singer fans believe the letterman jacket is a reference to his fun college days. More importantly, viewers instantly recognized Bert’s nickname, “The Machine,” when Broccoli introduced itself.
