Martha Stewart's Daughter Doesn't Approve of Her Mom's Instagram

Martha Stewart, maestro of modern living, may have a handle on Instagram, but one person doesn't approve of her carefully curated content: her daughter. According to People, Stewart explained that sometimes, she'll get calls from her daughter, Alexis, telling her that she can't be sharing certain things with the entire world.

"I get calls from my daughter saying, 'You can't do that and you can't do that,'" Stewart said. "That's what I get from her. 'Don't you dare do that, don’t you dare do this!'"

People adds that being reprimanded hasn't stopped Stewart from doing exactly what she wants online, including starting beefs with other lifestyle gurus like Queer Eye's Antoni Porowski. "Dear Antoni: this @marthastewart48 You did not tag me on this photo of my stable nor the photo of my beautiful dogs Han, Qin, Bete Noir, and Creme Brulee," Stewart commented on one of Porowski's Instagram posts. Though the lighthearted jab was clearly a joke, he wrote back, explaining that he'd mixed up the tags in his first attempt, "Dearest @marthastewart48 (I got your insta right this time), apologies for not respectfully mentioning dear doggos Empress Chin, Emperor Han, Bête Noire, and cuddle monster Créme Brûlée. They deserve recognition also I rewatch your cabbage roll demo with your dear mum Mrs. Kostyra more often than I care to admit.

Aside from shading Queer Eye stars, Stewart has been sharing plenty on her social media channels, including sneak peeks at her continued work with Snoop Dogg. The two will appear in a Super Bowl ad together this year and, if all goes to plan, Stewart will be hanging with a very special someone after this year's game. "I'm certainly going to Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's house for a party," she said.
