Happy birthday, Martha Stewart! The domestic goddess turns 78

Martha Stewart turned 78 on Saturday and friends posted throwback photos of the domestic goddess.

"Happy birthday to our founder @marthastewart48 who has taught us that the art of learning and discovery is a good thing," read a post from her company, accompanied by a photo of a younger Stewart, happy and muddy in a garden.

"From launching a catering company and writing her first cook book, to becoming America’s first female self-made billionaire, Martha’s secret to success has always been simple: 'Our passion is and always should be to make life better,’” the post quoted the mogul.

The Bachelorette star Jillian Harris wrote under one photo of Stewart blowing out candles on a birthday cake, “Gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday Martha!!! Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us creatives and entrepreneurs! Xoxoxo.”

And music producer Fred Wreck tweeted, “Happy birthday to my friend and partner in Dine!!”

Team Coco of Conan O’Brien’s show tweeted, “Happy birthday to Conan’s horseback riding partner,” with a GIF of the late-night host and domestic icon riding in Ossining, N.Y., back in 2003.

Stewart has not shared any birthday-related social media posts. Our best guess as to how she is spending her big day comes from artist Joe Petrillo, who on Saturday, Instagrammed photos of himself, Stewart, and others at Skylands, her summer home in Seal Harbor, Maine.

Perhaps followed by an even bigger bash — hosted by her bestie Snoop Dogg?
