On Feb 3, Stewart shared a gorgeous, aesthetically-pleasing photo of her new cocktail recipe with the caption, “Ready, stir, pour! This weekend, make these pink gin martinis, which call on Angostura bitters for their lovely blush hue. A splash of vermouth takes it into martini territory, and the addition of kirsch, a clear brandy distilled from cherries and their pits, delivers an unexpected twist. If you’re wondering what makes this beverage so picture-perfect colorful, the chef explains on her website that it is the Angostura bitters that give this drink its lovely blush hue.
