Martha Stewart's Las Vegas Restaurant Is Now Open

Update, August 15: Martha Sewart's first-ever restaurant, The Bedford, is now open and taking reservations. "We have worked tirelessly to bring my farmhouse in Bedford, New York to life in Las Vegas, and I think visitors will be enchanted by what we have come up with,” Stewart said in a press release." Martha Stewart has big plans for 2022 including opening her first ever restaurant concept...in Sin City no less. Opening some time in the spring, The Bedford by Martha Stewart will feature farm-to-table menus and seasonal decor curated by the hospitality mogul herself.
The restaurant gets its name from Martha's Bedford, New York, home and will have an intimate feel even though it's large enough to seat 194 guests. Martha told PEOPLE: "It's completely fashioned after the winter house at my farm in Bedford, where I basically live. There's a kitchen, a dining room, a brown room, a green room—it's very similar in the finishes of my home, and the furnishings are all kind of replicas of a very familiar space to many, many, many Americans."
It will be located in the Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino right across from the latest outpost of Nobu. The decor will feature a neutral backdrop with seasonal colors, and although the menu is not finalized right now, it will all be based on "freshness and availability." Ingredients will be sourced locally from places like the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery. Menus will include a seasonal dinner, weekend brunch, and holiday menus.
Martha told PEOPLE she's sticking to her specialties when it comes to the menu. Things like breads, baked goods, pastas, and soups will all be available at The Bedford. Quite frankly, I'm already dreaming of booking a reservation.
