Martha Stewart Confirms She's Dating Someone
Martha Stewart may well have been the stuff that quarantine dreams were made of in 2020, but it sounds like 2021 has been treating the media maven pretty well too. In an appearance last week on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Martha revealed that she had not only garnered some admirers and even proposals from her famous, viral pool selfie last summer (sadly, it seems that none of them panned out into actual romances) but is also, in fact, dating someone right now.
Though she was tight-lipped about the details, when asked if she was seeing anyone by host Andy Cohen, Stewart responded, "No" before quickly clarifying, "I shouldn't say no. I mean yes, but I'm not going to tell you."
While she may not have been up for revealing the identity of her new significant other, she did dish a bit about a former almost-beau, none other than the late, great Larry King. "I thought we were just talking about journalism etc. etc., and then he sort of got a little amorous," she said of the time she went to dinner with King in NYC. "Everybody was noticing I was out with Larry King, and Larry King was not my type romantically, if you get what I mean."
And though they may not have worked out romantically, Stewart still had glowing praise for the broadcaster who passed away earlier this year. "By the way, he was probably—other than you—the nicest, kindest interviewer on TV. And accurate and caring and interested. So, that’s Larry King."
