Martha has been a trailblazer in her industry for decades. And to honor her hard work, our founder is being presented with a prestigious award next month, recognizing her as one of five leaders who have demonstrated extraordinary accomplishments in their chosen fields.

The Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Leadership Award (RBG Award) will be presented by the Dwight D. Opperman Foundation during an exclusive ceremony and gala at the Library of Congress on April 13. Martha, who is being honored for her industry leadership, was chosen from a list of dozens of nominees across a range of professions and industries.

"Like Justice Ginsburg, I believe in limitless opportunity and parity for everyone," Martha said. "I have always been inspired by her tenacious spirit, work ethic, and her personal commitment to justice. I am so honored to be recognized with this award in her name."

Martha has been a supporter of the award since its inception and was on Ginsburg's original wish list of potential honorees. The late justice even requested that Martha be on the Foundation's selection committee.

The award was established in 2020 and has previously recognized iconic female trailblazers, including HM Queen Elizabeth II and Barbra Streisand. The RBG Award was expanded this year to include both men and women. The award will also be presented Elon Musk, Sylvester Stallone, Rupert Murdoch, and Michael Milken.
