Married at First Sight stars Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner are expecting baby No. 3!

On Monday, Feb. 19, the couple—who appeared on Season 1 of the Lifetime reality TV series—announced Otis was pregnant after struggling to conceive for three years. They took to their YouTube channel, Hanging With the Hehners, to share the big news.

In the video, a nearly speechless Otis shared that she saw a faint line on a pregnancy test, indicating it may be positive. She decided to get a digital test to find out for sure. When the "pregnant" result popped up clear as day, the mom-of-two instantly started crying.

"I'm pregnant after three years," she whispered to the camera. "I'm pregnant!"

Both Hehner and Otis appeared together in the next scene to react to the news. "We both are in shock," Hehner shared. "It is incredible, amazing. We prayed on it. We had people that were praying for us."

Otis added: "I'm honestly very much in shock still. Like, I don't know that I believe that it's real, probably because we haven't even had a doctor's appointment yet."

"I am cautiously optimistic and just hoping for the best at this point," Hehner explained. "But you know, when you go through some losses, whether you're a dad, or a mom, or expecting, you relive those moments. And you don't want to think about it, but you prepare."

Otis and Hehner have two children, a daughter named Henley Grace (born in 2017) and a son named Hendrix Douglas (born in 2020). Along the way, however, the couple experienced multiple pregnancy losses. In 2016, Otis miscarried when she was four months pregnant with her and Hehner's first child, a boy they named Johnathan. And between welcoming her first and second children, she suffered two miscarriages in a four-month span.
