Sept. 27, 2019: Durango Boots is partnering with RFD-TV’s, “The American Rodeo,” as the new official presenting sponsor of the event taking place from March 7-8 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The 3-year sponsorship of the annual event will include signage and on-site activations including sales, promotions and giveaways. Serving as Durango professional team roper’s and brand ambassadors, Luke Brown and Paul Eaves, who will be competing in the event.

Sept. 20, 2019: Sorel has partnered with media and technology company PopSugar on a new podcast series, The Step. The 30-minute program launches Oct. 16 and will highlight success stories from women. Hosted by celebrity stylist Kate Young, who has worked with Margot Robbie, Sophie Turner and other big names, she will speak with inspiring women to share “the step” — a crucial moment, setback or small win that propelled them on the right path toward fulfilling their dreams. Actress Nina Dobrev will be among the guests.

Sept. 20, 2019: Louis Vuitton fans can now get behind-the-scenes access to the brand and its universe anytime, anywhere. The luxury label has launched the LVTV platform on YouTube, which will now house a variety of video content that the company said is developed around five themes: “savoir-faire, institutional, friends of the House, travel and campaigns.” Videos already airing on the site include visits to the atelier to see product in the making, a guide to packing featuring Karlie Kloss, plus a series called “Getting Ready” featuring Louis Vuitton pals Emma Stone, Chloë Grace Moretz and Sophie Turner.

 

Sept. 17, 2019: The holiday shopping season starts earlier every year — a fact that eBay is pushing back against with its latest commercial, called “The Holiday Chill,” which pokes fun at retailers’ increasing obsession with decking everything with holly. In a statement, the company promised to ease up on the tinsel-tinged advertising and will not start holiday promotions until November. For now, its commercial promises, shoppers can “get deals every day,” instead of waiting for seasonal sales.

Sept. 16, 2019: Kohl’s has partnered with Ciara for the launch of Nine West online and at Kohl’s stores. The singer is seen in ads modeling the exclusive apparel collection, which features bold power suiting, striped knits and on-trend animal print pieces. In addition, Kohl’s is carrying Nine West shoes, handbags, luggage and jewelry.

Sept. 16, 2019: For the second installment of her fall campaign with Stuart Weitzman, Kendall Jenner brought a friend to the party: dance sensation Lil Buck. In a video airing now online and on social media, the two play out the campaign theme, SW Boot Camp, through drill-inspired choreography, while wearing the brand’s McKenzee combat boot for fall. Jenner wears the style in a monochromatic cranberry shade, while Lil Buck is in a dark emerald leather version. And yes, they did make the McKenzee in men’s sizes (a first for the label), though only 60 pairs are available.

Sept. 11, 2019: Who’s the best merino/Marino around? It’s debatable, according to a playful new video series from Bombas. The sock brand has tapped NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino for a pun-filled campaign to tout its popular line of merino socks (also known as the “the best da[m]n merinos.” Get it?) The videos are airing now on the brand’s social media accounts. And in keeping with its one-for-one charitable effort, for every pair of Bombas merino socks sold, one will be donated to a person in need.

Sept 4, 2019: Ermenegildo Zegna‘s fall ’19 campaign, #WhatMakesAMan, aims to encourage conversation on the subject of masculinity, with help from two-time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali and multifaceted artist Nicholas Tse. Setting out to be a platform for discussion and provocation, the campaign asserts love, failure, fight, risk, dreaming, playfulness, movement and freedom as the new qualities to which men should aspire. What makes a man today, says the brand, is “the dignity and openness to accept and embrace the contradictions of life, to evolve day by day, being truthful to one’s self, endlessly changing one’s perspective and attitudes.”

Sept. 3, 2019: Kendall Jenner is back as Stuart Weitzman‘s brand face for the second season in a row. The model stars in the brand’s fall ’19 ad campaign, SW Boot Camp, showing off some dance moves. Along with photographs, Jenner is also featured in a three-part short film series, produced by women including photographer and videographer Charlotte Wales and stylist Clare Richardson. In the first video, seen below, she highlights the Stuart Weitzman over-the-knee Leslie boot. Stay tuned for more installments.

Sept. 3, 2019: Kurt Geiger unveiled the first two faces of its fall ’19 campaign: actress Ella Balinska and Razorlight frontman Johnny Borrell. Before landing a role as one of the star’s of the new “Charlie’s Angels” film, Balinska worked as a shop girl for Kurt Geiger at Selfridges. “I used to work in Kurt Geiger; it makes this so close to home, and it makes it a campaign I’m really proud to be the face of because I know this company back to front,” she said in a release. Balinska models the Box boot and the Lunar sneakers; Borrell wears two styles of boots: the Russell Cuban and Cade Chelsea.
