Mark Wahlberg's Kids Do Not Approve of His '90s Fashion Choices

The actor revealed exactly how they feel about his Marky Mark days.

While Mark Wahlberg is most well-known these days as a talented, mature actor, that's not exactly how his career started.

Wahlberg first hit it big as a rapper, performing with the stage name "Marky Mark" as part of the act Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, where he exemplified '90s style.

But apparently, Wahlberg's kids aren't huge fans of his old fashion choices.

Sitting down with Entertainment Tonight, Wahlberg took part in a game of "Sip or Spill," in which he drank tequilas shots and answered tough questions.

One of the questions happened to be about what his kids think of Wahlberg's Marky Mark fashion, and he admitted, "Oh, they're terribly embarrassed by it."

Wahlberg shares four kids with his wife, Rhea Durham: Ella, 18; Michael, 16; Brandon, 13; and Grace, 12.

According to him, they're mostly embarrassed by his fashion, but a couple of them actually appear to be inspired by it, as well.

Wahlberg told ET that despite disliking his Marky Mark fashion, one of his sons recently emulated his iconic look, going shirtless with his pants hanging low.

The actor said, "My son, the whole time we were on summer break, doesn't have a shirt on and has his underwear hanging out. He totally stole the whole look."

Along with that, Wahlberg told PEOPLE in June that his eldest, Ella, is repping some Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch merch.

He said, "My daughter actually was so cool. She bought a Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch T-shirt from a vintage shop, and she's been rocking it like crazy."

Explaining, Wahlberg clarified that Ella wasn't even wearing it to make fun of him or give him "a hard time." Instead, he said, "She was really rocking [it] with me."

He went on, "It's nice to have [her celebrate] some of my past. That was actually a very nice little moment for me."

It's nice to see that Wahlberg's kids can look past the embarrassment every once in a while and embrace that iconic part of their dad's past.
