Mark Wahlberg's Abs Are Still Calvin Klein-Ready in This Shirtless Workout Clip

33 years later, and he's still got it.

Mark Wahlberg is still very much a proud member of the 4 a.m. workout club, and he's got the abs to prove it.

On Thursday, the actor shared a clip of one of his early morning gym sessions on Instagram. In the video, Wahlberg put his iconic abs on full display while wearing a pair of tiny black shorts and no shirt as he performed various exercises, including reverse flies with a resistance band, double-handed tricep pushdowns, and, of course, crunches with an ab-roller wheel.

"4 am club with Doc," he captioned his post.

Mark's abs first made their debut back in 1991 when the Ted star modeled for Calvin Klein wearing nothing but a pair of tighty-whities, a backwards baseball cap, and jorts that hung down to his thighs. Thirty-three years later, and his six-pack is arguably better now than it was back then.

While Mark's body may seem superhuman, his feelings about the gym are relatable to most. Last month, he admitted that he's tempted to skip his 4 a.m. workouts "more often than you think" while speaking with People. But after a quick cold plunge into a tub of 35-degree water, he's ready to go. “I'm like, ‘Okay, I'm awake, I'm alive.’ We're a-go right after that,” Wahlberg explained. “So I just go and I do the work.”
