Giuseppe Zanotti Design has tapped Mario Sorrenti to shoot the brand’s fall advertising campaign.

The photographer portrayed models Grace Hartzel and Josh Beech as two rock stars in the backstage of a concert with the black and silver music equipment serving as props for the bare set.

In the shots, Hartzel and Beech wear iconic styles of Giuseppe Zanotti Design’s fall collection, including women’s pumps and cowboy boots encrusted with crystals, as well as men’s velvet loafers and lace-ups with metallic details at the toe. Some ready-to-wear pieces are also on show, such as patent leather minidresses and embroidered zippered track jackets.

“I wanted the campaign to feel a bit voyeuristic,” said the brand’s founder and creative director Giuseppe Zanotti. “Like you’re backstage with the band, seeing what goes on away from the glare of the public eye.”

The advertising campaign will appear in the July, August and September issues of international titles, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Tatler and GQ, among others.
