Marian Rivera to make comeback this year

The actress shares the good news online after her meeting with GMA's top executives

8 Feb - 2017 will be the year of the Kapuso Primetime Queen's comeback.

As reported on PEP News, actress Marian Rivera, who has been on hiatus for the last two years to focus on her child and family life, announced the good news on her Instagram recently.

Sharing a photo of her meeting with GMA executives, including Vice President for Drama Redgie Magno and Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable, the "Amaya" star wrote, "Thank you to my GMA Family who always comes up with so many wonderful offers/projects for me."

"This year it's time to get back to work, and return to primetime... Soon!" she added.

Rivera's last full-length drama was "Carmela", which she starred with actor Alden Richards. She was also supposed to star in the 2015 series, "The Rich Man's Daughter", but had to withdraw due to her first pregnancy.
