Barbie fever has well and truly taken hold across the globe, as fans everywhere eagerly await the film's release on July 21. Celebrities as varied as Billie Eilish, Zendaya and Kate Middleton have wholeheartedly embraced the Barbiecore trend in recent months; meanwhile, we've spent embarrassing amounts of time poring over every detail of *that* Dreamhouse tour, and been busy getting our cinema tickets booked, girls rounded up and all-pink 'fits organised for the big day.

But the stars of Greta Gerwig's long-awaited film have been doing the rounds for a good few months already, serving lewk after epic Barbie-inspired lewk everywhere from Mexico City, Seoul and Sydney to sunny Los Angeles as they embarked on the worldwide press tour.

Having *just* stepped off the pink carpet for the star-studded LA premiere earlier this week, the gang has finallyyyyyy touched down in London for the Leicester Square event – and fans have been lining the streets in their head-to-toe pink garb since the crack of dawn in the hopes of catching a glimpse.

Well, let's just say it was *very* worth their while, because Margot Robbie just stepped out onto the London pink carpet in one of her most iconic looks to date.

The actress wore a custom dress by Vivienne Westwood, which referenced a vintage 1960 Enchanted Evening Barbie doll. The light pink, silk evening gown was finished with frilly, tulle detailing around the neckline, ruching and a corsage-like floral tie at the hip, and a fitted, corset-like bodice. Accessories-wise she wore white evening gloves, sparkly high heel mule sandals and a three-strand choker featuring oversized pearls.

It's just the latest in a series of Barbie-inspired 'fits that Margot Robbie has been rocking of late. Working closely with her stylist Andrew Mukamal, the actress has channeled the doll in everything from vintage Versace mini-dresses and head-to-toe Chanel airport looks, to full-blown replicas of some of Barbie's most iconic looks from throughout history. Hell, she even dressed up as a cowgirl for her recent photoshoot with Vogue! Now *that's* what we call dedication to a role.
