  • Margot Robbie is strong all over in a see-through brown corset top in a new Saltburn movie premiere photo.

  • The star trains hard for her movie roles, working on stunt and strength training.

  • She's also made tweaks to her diet for films, such as eating lots of fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir, as well as berries, to clear her skin during filming for Barbie.

If 2023 taught us anything, it's that Margot Robbie will always be an It Girl. And her latest red carpet appearance proves that status. Of course, while Margot stunned in high fashion, I personally couldn't help noticing how all-over toned she is.

The 33-year-old Barbie actress arrived to the red carpet premiere of the film Saltburn in Los Angeles wearing a see-through, dark brown Schiaparelli corset, per People. She paired the top with super wide-legged velvet trousers. The look not only showed off Margot's strong core, but also her super toned arms.

Wondering how she stays so strong? Same. Well, Margot hasn't shared a ton about her exercise regimen outside of what she does to prep for movie roles. But she clearly puts in work when it comes to her physical fitness for movies.

For instance, Margot did a ton of boxing training to play Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, she told W Magazine. "I had done a lot of stunts in that film," she said.

And Margot had another demanding role in playing ice skater Tonya Harding in I, Tonya. In fact, for that film, she trained for four hours a day, five days a week, for four months, Margot told the outlet. "On Christmas Eve, I was at the rink,” she said. (That's dedication!)

The The Wolf of Wall Street actress apparently had a hard time mastering the art of ice skating, but she persisted. “I thought, I can pick up things fairly quickly with the right training—I should have this ice-skating thing down in no time," she said. "I didn’t realize how extremely difficult it is."

BTW, Margot also trained for Barbie by working with her personal trainer, David Higgins. The two have been working together since 2015, per Insider.

"She’s always had a very healthy approach to exercise," Higgins told Women's Health UK. "[For her], it’s about nothing more than being strong and healthy, physically and mentally."

Margot even beat her Barbie costars in a plank contest, which Higgins shared on social media. Yup, she held her plank for a whopping 4 minutes and 10 seconds—beating Ryan Gosling, who only held it for 3 minutes and 2 seconds, according to Twitter:

Food-wise, Margot is also committed to making changes to her diet where necessary for work. One example: For her role in Barbie, she worked with skincare pro Jasmine Vico to focus on eating foods to help keep her skin clear.

While filming, Margot was eating "fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir, all kinds of bitter foods, and berries," Vico told Harper's Bazaar UK, adding that her diet was all about “promoting the healing and reducing the stress in the body.”

Margot also sipped on organic milk thistle tea. “It helps with flushing the liver which makes the skin better because it produces more glutathione which helps with luminosity and brightness,” Vico explained. “They [the Barbies] were all having that tea.”

Love it—keep crushing it, Margot!
