It's almost May, so I know one thing for sure: My consumption of margaritas is about to spike. Warm weather = marg on the rocks with salt. But classics need fun twists, which is why this summer, I'll be making these frozen marg pops. The base mixture has a secret ingredient that makes these pops perfectly creamy: sweetened condensed milk.

After you make the base - tequila, triple sec, and lime juice - you can freeze, or choose to add your favorite fruit. We went with strawberry (who doesn't love a strawberry marg?!) and mango, but pineapple, raspberry, or peach would also work. I left some of them plain too for that pure limey taste.

Once you make the mixture, you pour it into small Dixie cups and then start stickin': Using a wooden spoon (sold at any craft store) or popsicle stick, you pierce it through the center of a lime slice and place that on top of the cup. Freeze 'em until solid, about 4 or 5 hours, then simply snip the top of the cup and peel it away. The reveal will make you smile: A whole boozy pop of margarita creaminess?! Yas, please! Sprinkle with salt and you're good to Cinco.
