Margaret Qualley Will Play Amanda Knox in New Hulu Limited Series

Amanda Knox is executive producing a Hulu limited series based on her experience of wrongful conviction, and Variety has revealed that Margaret Qualley will lead.

The eight-episode series is currently in pre-production with This Is Us writer KJ Steinberg at the helm as writer and exec producer

Qualley will also executive produce alongside Knox and Monica Lewinsky.

Further details on the series are yet to be announced, but now it has its star, and production will surely get underway in the coming months.

This will not be the first time Knox's story has been depicted on screen. There was a documentary in 2016 from director Robert Dornhelm, as well as a 2011 TV movie and the 2021 film Stillwater, which was said to be inspired by what Knox went through.

Knox has built a career as a journalist, public speaker, and television producer and is the author of the New York Times best-selling memoir Waiting to Be Heard, which details her story.
