Marcus Jordan, the son of Michael Jordan, has revealed there are two versions of his Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 Low. The highly anticipated collaboration will release in early 2024, as the Trophy Room founder announced on the final episode of Complex‘s “Full Size Run.”

Featuring construction of satin and leather, the Air Jordan 1 capsule is based on both Michael Jordan’s 1986 Fleer Basketball rookie card and a photo of Michael from a 1984 Sports Illustrated issue in which he’s wearing the Air Jordan 1 High “Black Toe.”

Both color schemes mimic that of the Air Jordan 1 Low “Reverse Black Toe” with a white vamp, tongue, and midsole; red tip, eyestay, and outsole; grey quarter; and black foxing and mustache. Trophy Room branding is stitched onto the tip, and a gold Air Jordan Wings logo appears on the mustache, which features a diagonal striped texture to match the rest of the heel. Where the two differentiate is in the embroidered Swoosh, which will be available in either black or white. The two pairs also feature either a gold or blue insole, respectively.

Marcus Jordan’s boutique has collaborated with Jordan Brand on a number of occasions, most recently on the Air Jordan 7 “New Sheriff in Town” in late 2022. He’s also denied accusations of being personally involved in “backdooring,” a term that describes the practice of selling pairs to select people while bypassing traditional release avenues available to the public.

In the episode, Marcus did concede that pairs have got away from Trophy Room and Nike in the past and into the hands of retailers but said he had nothing to do with it. He declined to give further details of who was responsible, however.

The Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 Lows will release in early 2022. The “Home” white Swoosh version will be an in-store exclusive for Trophy Room, while the “Away” black Swoosh will be available through select retailers. Pricing has not yet been announced.
