“I made a map that you can use as a loose guide … if you want to go out to look for your future husband,” NYC content creator Mimi Shou, 29, from Tribeca, announced to TikTok in a viral video. “This will tell you where to go [husband] shopping for the right age.”

With a partial, color-blocked layout of Manhattan as her backdrop, the brunette sectioned off neighborhoods within the borough by age demographic, detailing the singles that frequent each area for her more than 563,000 cyber viewers.

Shou told The Post that she created the graphic to help eliminate some of the guesswork out of dating.

“NYC is teeming not only with beautiful but also intelligent, successful women,” said the lifestyle influencer and fine jewelry designer. “People that live here tend to be highly ambitious, even when it comes to selecting their partners.”

Throughout her cyber snippet, Shou gave sound, soul mate-seeking insights on Manhattan’s many zones.

East Village and Lower East Side: ’24 & under’

“In the East Village and Lower East Side, you’ll find the youngest crowd,” she said in the clips, labeling little enclaves such as Alphabet City and Stuyvesant Town as “24 & under.” “Think NYU students and just very Gen Z.”

West Village: The ‘New Murray Hill’ for the mid-20s crowd

Shou went on to rename the West Village, including the Meat Packing District and Chelsea, the “New Murray Hill.”

“You’ll find the fresh out of college, mid-20s crowd,” she explained, adding that the oldest gent women can expect to encounter in the area would likely be age 26.

“It’s the type of guys that we’re obsessed with their fraternities or they peaked in college.”

Soho, Tribeca, Noho and Nolita: ‘Cool’ for millennials

The Gotham guru then hailed Soho and Tribeca as the “cool” section where the “people that just get it” hang.

But she designated Noho and Nolita the best corners for millennials, ranging in age from 26 to 37, to roam without the threat of feeling like “the oldest person in the room” or “like a cougar.”

Upper East Side: Over age 35

Shou gave “all of Uptown” to folks over age 35, who are already in committed relationships. However, she spilled that the Upper East Side is rich with “native New Yorkers who live in their parents’ nice-a– apartments without paying rent.”

There’s also a potential summertime bonus.

“And if you’re looking for someone who has a house in the Hamptons,” she continued with a laugh, “this is your best bet.”

Shou’s mini man-locator map received rave reviews from Manhattanites who cheered her on with comments such as, “This is accurate” and “West Village as a new Murray Hill is SPOT ON.”

And her trending where-to couldn’t have come at a better time.

Unfortunately for romantic wannabes in the city, NYC was recently deemed one of the worst places for singletons on the prowl.

Lonely lovers of the land have taken desperate measures in the hunt for “the one,” including using the virtual portal that connects New York City and Dublin, Ireland, to snag a companion who’s 3,000 miles away.

But Shou says love doesn’t have to be long-distance.

In fact, she created a series of separate posts listing which local bars, lounges and hangouts New Yorkers can scope out for a potential paramour.

But she reminded The Post that life in the city can still be sweet — even without a sweetheart.

“You don’t need to find Mr. Right to start living a romantic life,” explained Shou. “You can be happy and feel love for yourself now by romanticizing your own life and doing the things that bring you joy. I truly believe that’s the best way to attract the right man into your life.”
