We have all been there. You make plans to go out with your friends, usually in the evening, which involves not only leaving your sofa, and your streaming service, and your kitchen full of delicious snacks, but it also involves putting on outside pants and probably running a brush through your hair. Plus! Worst of all, it means leaving your dog. This is where that "I can't, I have plans with my dog" meme comes from!
Well, one brilliant dog owner has come up with the perfect solution to those of us who just don't wanna and would rather be inside, where it's warm, with our beloved fur baby. Don't wanna drive anywhere, don't wanna get clothes on, don't wanna people. His perfect solution is to have a date night, with your dog!
The adorable video, shared by the TikTok account for @dorkama has everyone agreeing this is the ideal way to spend a Friday night. @Crashtest comments, "I’ve never had a date look at me that adoringly." @Sjl says, "Seems like a solid night." Agreed!

I vote this winter we all normalize dog date night. Heck, we can even get matching pajamas. Plus, our dogs are way better company than most humans! The next time someone asks you to leave your cozy house and your adorable dog, you just tell them, sorry, I all ready have plans!
