Odds are this jewel box apartment in New York City won’t be on the market for very long.

Movie buffs might recognize this scene-stealing Manhattan penthouse from the 2019 flick Uncut Gems, and now, fans of the Adam Sandler and Julie Fox-starring crime thriller can live it up in real life at the former filming location for a price just shy of $15 million. Located atop 845 United Nations Plaza, the palatial condo also appeared in the Pedro Pascal-led Netflix series, Narcos, as the New York Post first reported.

Unit 86B spans 5,425 square feet and comprises five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The spacious aerie also features more than 76 linear feet of south-facing windows with views that stretch from Midtown to Brooklyn and the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, there’s no shortage of striking design elements, including custom woodwork, designer light fixtures, soaring 12-foot ceilings supported by mirrored columns, and mirror-polished Italian marble floors. “The entire apartment is clad in lacquered rosewood,” says Ryan Serhant of Serhant, who holds the listing together with colleague Amy Herman. There are a nice handful of techy touches, too, like a multi-room audio system and automatic shades.

The kitchen has custom wood cabinets and city views.

Highlights of the residence include a glitzy grand salon—the same room where Howard Ratner (Sandler) and his family gathered for a chaotic Passover dinner. In the kitchen, there’s lots of custom wood cabinetry for storage and top-of-the-line appliances for the aspiring chef. If you head down the hall, the digs even sport a private theater. The cinema room is complete with a professional projector, a movie screen, and state-of-the-art audio and video equipment. Elsewhere, the east-facing primary suite is decked out with a gas fireplace, custom built-ins, two baths, and two walk-in closets.

According to The Post, the home previously belonged to the late real estate attorney Warren Estis, who died in 2022 at the age of 73. Estis shelled out a cool $10 million for the spread back in 2009 and spent a pretty penny on extensive customizations.

The 58-story building, also known as Trump World Tower, has had its fair share of high-profile residents over the years, including retired Yankee Derek Jeter, who lived in the building from 2001 to 2012. The legendary slugger’s former penthouse was recently listed for $16.5 million.
