  • This Is Us actress Mandy Moore just posted a no-makeup selfie to Instagram.

  • In Friday's photo, she's rocking post-workout rosy cheeks and wet hair from sweating.

  • Her complexion looks totally flawless and her eyebrows and lashes look pretty amazing, too.

I'm all about that post-gym high-there's no denying that endorphin energy is very much real. But post-gym glow? As in a complexion that isn't tomato-red, dripping with sweat, and, frankly, unflattering? That was something I was convinced did not exist IRL...until I saw Mandy Moore's most recent Instagram Story.

The shot features a post-workout, makeup-free Mandy staring straight at the camera while in a car (hopefully as the passenger or at least parked).

Despite a few sweaty strands of hair, a slightly rosy hue, and text that reads, "One last workout before ✈️," you'd have a hard time believing she just hit the gym because her complexion is so clear.

And this isn't just a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of glow for the This Is Us star. Nope, according to previous no-makeup selfies snapped after breaking a sweat, Mandy is just one of those chicks who is somehow magically radiant, no matter how many miles she runs or, in the actress' case, hikes and climbs.

In the November issue of Women's Health, Mandy got real about her love for working out, say, "I love getting outside and hiking around Los Angeles and going to Rise Nation, a climbing-based cardio class."

She also revealed a few of her skin tricks, one being that she always takes her makeup off before bed, and when she recently climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, she went makeup-free for days.

That routine is clearly doing wonders for her skin, if I do say so myself.
