The Mandalorian spoilers follow

The Mandalorian season 2 has gone full-on with the fan service, bringing The Clone Wars' Ahsoka Tano and Bo Katan to live-action, mentioning Rebels baddie Grand Admiral Thrawn, and bringing back Boba Fett from his supposed death.

But the latest episode ('Chapter 14: The Tragedy') also contained a little Marvel Cinematic Universe Easter egg, from the non-insubstantial group of fans who like both Star Wars and Marvel.

As an eagle-eyed fan shared on Twitter two GIFs, one showing Boba Fett saying that he'll perform a "loose follow" of some Imperials, something that Happy Hogan was asked to do by Tony Stark during Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian's showrunner and this episode's writer, played Happy in the MCU.

We'll have to wait until next week to see if Boba's "loose follow" keeps up with Imperials, because he's got a Baby Yoda to rescue.

Going back to Ahsoka, actress Rosario Dawson has addressed the backlash against her casting, after a lawsuit was filed against her last year for alleged transphobic assault and discrimination.

With "18 of the 20 claims later being withdrawn voluntarily by her accuser", Dawson has stated that she understands why people were concerned, but has fought for the LGBTQ+ community using her platform and pledges to continue to do so.

The Mandalorian season 1 and season 2 are streaming now on Disney+, with new episodes coming weekly.
