A Long Island man has filed a lawsuit against his former boss after he claims she sexually harassed him, including making him strip down to show off a tattoo. Daniel Hampton says that he endured and dodged advances from his supervisor at the Veteran Affairs medical center in Northport, N.Y., for years.

Hampton, 33, says that his boss, Joan Maggiore, 57, took office banter to greatly inappropriate levels, reports the New York Post. Hampton, who was employed as a medical technician, says that Maggiore asked him to get involved in threesomes with fellow employees, discussed anal sex, and stalked him online.

The lawsuit was filed in Long Island Federal Court in a charge against the VA, listing a series of serious claims. In 2010, Hampton says Maggiore forced him into her office after he refused to disrobe in front of coworkers to show off a new back tattoo. He adds that Maggiore would not let him out of her office unless he submitted to her demands.

Hampton, who is married, says that he was without any allies at the VA after Maggiore taunted him by saying she had the support of her superior in the harassing and pursuit.

Maggiore declined to comment on the matter while the VA did lightly address the supervisor’s behavior as “unacceptable” after the Post reached out.

Hampton and his legal team are asking for unspecified damages.
