A Man Was Accidentally Invited To A Stranger’s Bachelor Party And Ended Up Getting Tons Of Free Beer And A Maserati

From Delish

When most of us get an email from an unknown sender, we promptly delete it. This ridiculous, could-only-happen-on-the-internet story might make you second guess that habit.

Earlier this month, the wrong Will Novak was accidentally added to an email chain inviting him to a bachelor party. Instead of deleting or ignoring it, he responded: "F*cking count me in!" and signed the email "Yours in partying." Since that is obviously the kind of spirit needed at a bachelor party, the groom and his friends were happy to have him join.

That alone would make for a good story, but once Will made a GoFundMe to raise money for his flights (he's a new dad!) and a wedding gift (classy), the whole thing spiraled in the best way. The whole trip was funded in two hours, and eventually made over $4,000-much of which Will is now giving to Angelo, the bachelor, and his soon-to-be wife. This guy is the best!

When word spread about the party, locals wanted to pitch in-the group was offered free ski lessons and tattoos, per Late Night With Seth Myers, and when Will landed in Vermont, a local brewer was at the airport with a sh*t-ton of free beer for the weekend. They even got a freaking Maserati to drive around!

Per the photos on Instagram (all tagged #angelosbachelorparty, if you feel like browsing), it looks like they had a great time. A few even ended up on Good Morning America-including the real Will Novak, in a shirt saying as much. All of this goes to show, open your damn emails, people! At least the ones with 'Bachelor Party' in the subject line.
