This Makeup Artist Perfectly Recreated Meghan Markle's Royal Wedding Beauty Look

We will be trying this at home.

Meghan Markle's royal wedding makeup had thousands, if not millions, of people wondering how they can get that look for themselves. Since Kensington Palace has yet to release any details on which products were used on the duchess's face, we've been racking our brains all weekend trying to figure out where to begin. Thankfully, a makeup artist named Nancy Virdi recreated the look and shared the stunning results with her followers.

Virdi posted a photo to Instagram that had us doing a double-take, and while the artist didn't share the full 411 on her process, she did reveal some of the key products she used to Markle-fy her glam. For her dewy glow, she relied on Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer in Bisque, and a spritz of Tatcha's Dewy Skin Mist. She used Pixi Beauty's Endless Silky Eye Pen in Matte Mulberry for tight-lining her lids, then dotted it on her cheeks and the bridge of her nose to mimic Markle's signature freckles. To give the look some added oomph, she pasted on a set of House of Lashes's falsies in Boudoir, then swiped some of Huda Beauty's matte liquid lipstick in Bombshell across her lips for a matte pink tint. Virdi finished her recreation with a take on Markle's messy bun, and of course a veil and tiara.

Markle's IRL wedding-day look was created by her friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin, who styled her in a more amped up version of her usual understated glam. Like Virdi's, her skin was ultra-dewy, and complemented with pink blush and gloss. "My routine is very simple — I call it the five-minute face. It's just Touche Éclat, curled lashes, mascara, Chapstick, and a little bit of blush," she once told Allure. Markle has never been one for major drama in her makeup, and it was beautiful to see her stay true to her classic look on her wedding day. And now, thanks to Nancy Virdi, we can try it in our own routines, too.
