Madonna has an interesting strategy for fighting the very cold weather that has descended upon everyone this November. The pop star got busy showing off her ultra-toned legs while she posed in an oversized fur coat, a corset, and fishnet tights on her Instagram stories. The whole look was both cozy and chic at the same time.

Madonna, 64, captioned the photos, “It’s cold out,” as she posed by a fire place. It’s giving off some sultry Christmas vibes, and I’m here for it. BTW, Madonna has bright red hair right now, and paired the look with some brown heels, which pulled it all together. Here's the evidence, in case you missed the pics:

To stay so strong, Madonna often says that she turns to Pilates, and she's not afraid to show everyone exactly what that workout routine looks like on Instagram. Madonna even has a reformer in her house! The machine targets the muscles in her legs and booty, according to an IG from last September. She also includes an arm pull in the routine for that full-body burn. Phew 🥵.

To get her heart pumping, Madonna loves to dance (obviously) and challenges herself with Tracy Anderson workouts, according to WH Australia. She told Life and Style Magazine in 2019, “I’ve always danced and exercised.” Well, it certainly is toning those legs!

Madonna's trainer Chris Smith also previously shared a sneak peek at the Queen of Pop's workout routines back in 2016. Specifically, he said the Hung Up singer was hitting up the gym six times a week for a 30-minute sweat sesh. It's unclear if she's still working out that much, but movement definitely still seems to be a part of her day-to-day life.

“She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that,” Smith told the Daily Mail Australia in 2016.

Back then, Smith said Madonna even had a portable gym that she would take with her on tour that included yoga, martial arts, and boxing equipment. She also combines light weights with high reps—between 2.5 and 5 pounds for 20 to 30 reps — to get those super-toned arms. She also has long practiced yoga, which keeps her muscles lean and toned as well, Smith shared.

As for her diet, Madonna follows a macrobiotic diet, according to Women's Health Australia. This means she opts for eating mostly vegetarian and sometimes vegan-based meals, which include fresh fruits and vegetables.
