  • Madonna is a gal who knows how to have fun, even if that means making that fun yourself on TikTok in an empty room.

  • The 63-year-old posted a TikTok on her Instagram where she shows off her long, strong legs in thigh-high tights, and she was looking so fit!

  • Madonna sometimes fits in yoga seshes that are 3 hours (!) long.

Madonna is known for doing things bigger and better than everyone else. And, it seems, that applies to having fun, too.

The 63-year-old "Material Girl" just dropped a TikTok video (also shared it on her Instagram) of herself hanging out in front of a fan as her hair blows everywhere. She’s wearing thigh-high tights and heels, and her legs are incredibly toned.

“Big Fun…………… ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤,” she wrote in the caption.

Madonna has been all about the tights-and-boots combo lately, and people were all over it in the comments. “😍😍😍 Queen 😍😍😍,” one wrote. “Yass Queen,” said another. Definite theme going on here...

Not to get your hopes up or anything, but there may be a biopic about her coming out in the future. So much Madonna, so little time!

Madonna doesn’t ~just~ get fit by dancing, though. Back in 2016, she was working out six days a week for 30 minutes or longer per session. “I vary the workouts every single day,” her trainer, Craig Smith, told Daily Mail Australia at the time. “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training.”

When she was on tour, Smith said that Madonna would have a “portable gym” that features everything she needs to stay fit. That included gear for the bar method, yoga, martial arts, and boxing. And—get this—Madonna uses weights that are just between 2.5 and five pounds with 20 to 30 reps of each to get her super jacked arms.

“We focus on elongating the muscles and maintaining a svelte, lean dancer’s physique,” Smith said.

Speaking of, Madonna is big on practicing Ashtanga yoga in recent years (which is one of the more physically demanding types of yoga). She’ll do sessions that stretch anywhere from 90 minutes to three hours (not a typo), according to Life & Style. Ashtanga helps to strengthen your muscles and ease body aches and pains, per Insider.

"You have to take it really slowly,” Madonna told the mag. “You can’t rush. You can’t skip to the next position ... It is a workout for your mind, your body, and your soul.” AND your legs, apparently.

Lovin' it, Madonna! Keep the content coming!
