In late October, Madonna told her fans on social media that she was on the hunt for a new trainer, but she clearly hasn’t neglected her workouts in the interim. The "Material Girl" just dropped a topless photo in her Instagram Story that showed how super strong all over she is, from her arms to her legs.

The pic is simple: It features Madge in what appears to be her dressing room wearing a beige corset that stops just below her bare breasts (she covered her nipples with lollipop and money bag emojis). Her arms are super toned while her legs are next-level strong. “Express yourself, don’t repress yourself,” she wrote underneath the photo.

If you're wondering how she works on these strength goals, you're not alone. The 64-year-old recently told Newsweek that she goes hard during her workouts. “It's all in your head...It's called will, it's called no one's gonna stop me,” she said. “I don't believe in limitations.”

While Madonna has regularly worked out with a trainer in the past, she also crushes a Pilates workout here and there—which is a known low-impact, total-body toning exercise. One Instagram post from last year featured the singer-actress doing lots of thigh and butt-burning exercises on a Reformer machine while making faces at the camera. She followed those circuits with some lat pull-downs and tricep kickbacks on the Reformer for an all-in-one exercise experience.

Madonna has worked with several trainers over the past few years but one—Craig Smith—told People that she’s big on doing body weight training. For their workouts, Smith uses “dance to tone the entire body, plus a mix of asana yoga, Bar Method and a lot of hybrid Pilates programs to give that nice, sleek look to her arms.”

Madonna also shows up nearly daily for those workouts. Seriously, Smith says that she exercises six days a week. During strength sessions, Madonna opts for lighter weights and they “never go over 5 pounds" together, Smith said.

But Smith is also big on maintaining a healthy balance when it comes to training his famous client. “The main thing we focus on is keeping her energy levels up,” he said. “The recovery time is just as important as the workout time.”
