Madonna celebrated her 64th birthday the only way she knows how: like a queen.

The "Material Girl" singer jetted off to Sicily with friends and family for a lavish bash to honor her big day. And in true Italian style, she dressed herself and her twin daughters in head to toe Dolce & Gabbana.

"Sicilian Queens……. 👑👑👑🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹," Madonna captioned an Instagram post featuring photos of the night, including a picture of her with 9-year-old daughters Stella and Estere Ciccone in matching D&G outfits.

The pop icon's look consisted of a blue and white majolica-print poplin dress with coordinating majolica-print polished calfskin clogs, and a cowboy hat in the same cobalt blue hue. She elevated the look even more with oversized silver and diamond chain necklaces, bracelets, and hoop earrings.

To match, her twins each wore majolica-print poplin midi dresses with coordinating Portofino sneakers. Their accessories included adorable white headbands and colorful jewel earrings and bracelets.

Stylist Eyob Yohannes put together the coordinating looks, and shared a behind-the-scenes video of the extravagant bash on his Instagram Story. Madonna also posted the clip, in which she's seen sitting in the back of a limousine with two girlfriends at her sides, and leans in to kiss them. "Birthday kisses with my side bitches…..💋💋🥂🎂👑💙!" she wrote in the caption.

The star's birthday trip to Sicily doubled as a birthday celebration for her 22-year-old son, Rocco Ritchie. The singer shared a tribute to him on her Instagram, posting photos of their star-studded dinner party, which took place in an enchanting garden outside an old Italian mansion.

"From one Leo to another!! Happy birthday Rocco #rocco 🦁🎂🎉🍾♥️," she wrote.
