If you're a human who uses social media, you're at least aware of Madison Beer's existence. Before she started embodying influencer vibes, she rose to fame a full decade ago, when Justin Bieber tweeted about being wowed by her singing voice back in 2012.

"wow. 13 years old! she can sing. great job," he wrote before declaring her a #futurestar and sharing a video of her belting out Etta James' classic "At Last."

Back in 2012, a single Bieber tweet was all it took to launch a career (well, a single Bieber tweet + the #futurestar energy and talent to back it up) and Madison was quickly signed to a record deal with Island Records and as a client of Justin's manager/future Taylor Swift nemesis, Scooter Braun.

Since that most 2012 of origin stories, Madison has amassed millions of fans and followers of her own and a LOT of $$$$$. How much? We'll get to that, but first, let's look at how she earns it.

She's been working in the music industry for YEARS.

Madison's official claim to fame has always been her music. After going from unknown to instantly-famous thanks to that 2012 shoutout from the Biebs, she got straight to work, releasing her debut single, "Melodies," in 2013 and following it up with "Unbreakable" in 2014 before breaking up with her label over creative differences about the direction and sound of her first album. Madison later explained that, while she wanted to sing soulful tracks (like the Etta James cover that launched her career), her label kept pushing her toward pop songs that didn't feel authentic to her as an artist.

"I was always told, 'Well, one day when you’re older, you’ll be able to make that stuff.' But then I realized that I don’t need to be older to do it," she explained in a 2020 interview with Rolling Stone about parting ways with her first label. "I felt like I had failed. Especially at 16 years old, obviously it feels like everything is the end of the world, so it just felt like everyone had given up on me. It really hurt and discouraged me in a lot of ways."

Madison didn't let a little thing like breaking up with her label stop her though. She kept working at her music and, in 2019, ended up signing with Epic Records. She released her debut album, Life Support, in February 2021. The album debuted at No. 65 on the Billboard 200 and includes her single "Selfish."

She turns her passions into collabs.

In addition to never letting up on her music career, Madison parlayed her popularity on social media in a few lucrative collaborations with some of her favorite brands. In 2020, she curated her limited-edition Madison Beer Collection with Morphe Cosmetics.

"I am a Morphe fan on my own, so when they came to me wanting to collaborate, I was superexcited," she told PopSugar at the time. "I wanted to make sure that I could make something that I could actually genuinely use and it [included] color tones that I wanted. I was just really involved in the entirety of the process."

In 2021, Madison branched out again, collaborating with boohoo on a '90s-inspired line. The boohoo x Madison Beer collection included 50 pieces that she described as "easy to wear, vintage-inspired, and chic."

"I love boohoo's style range—they offer everything from cute sweats to the perfect going out looks. My style differs so much day to day, but they have everything I gravitate towards," she told E! News of why she decided to team up with boohoo for the collection.

She's also invested in real estate.

Clearly, Madison has been earning big bucks for years, but she's grown her net worth even more with smart investments along the way. In November 2020, she purchased a mansion in Los Angeles for $5.6 million. Less that two years later, in May 2022, she sold the home for $7 million, turning a $1.4 million profit.

So, how much is Madison Beer's net worth?

Between her music, her beauty and fashion collabs and smart real estate moves, Celebrity Net Worth estimates her net worth at a whopping $18 million.
