  • Madelaine Petsch flashed her toned abs in a bra top and leggings at a recent Swarovski x Skims event in new Instagram photos and videos.

  • The Riverdale star loves to exercise her core, especially through Pilates.

  • When it comes to her diet, she tries to eat mostly vegan foods and prioritizes protein.

Madelaine Petsch knows how to, in the words of Taylor Swift, make the whole room shimmer. She was positively “Bejeweled” in Instagram photos and videos she recently posted of herself wearing an abs-bearing bra top and lots of Swarovski crystals.

The 29-year-old actress rocked a glittery black bandeau, leggings, and a matching coat at the Swarovski x Skims event in New York City. Between Madelaine's signature red hair, her incredibly strong abs, and all of the sparkles, it’s hard to know where to focus when looking at this epic photo dump.

“a night out with @swarovski 💎,” she captioned the photos. Obviously, Madelaine's fans were all over this look and showed her love in the comments section. “prettiest,” Tommy Dorfman commented, while another follower wrote, “Stunning 🖤.”

Madelaine is definitely strong all over in this shimmering 'fit. If you’re wondering what she does to stay strong, you’re in luck—Women’s Health has the scoop on the star’s wellness routine.

The Riverdale actress loves to work with her trainer Stephen Pasterino, creator of Pvolve, she previously told Women’s Health in 2020. They work on an abs sequence that has her feeling the burn fast.

“My trainer does this thing called six-minute abs, which is honestly deathly. They are the hardest thing ever,” Madelaine said. “Every minute or 30 seconds he'll switch to a new thing, but he'll never tell me because then my brain can't anticipate it.”

Abs are Madelaine’s favorite body part to work on, she shared. "I think that my abs feel the most pain, and I love the feeling of being sore," she said.

She also enjoys Pilates, a form of exercise known to tone the core and pretty much the rest of the body through low-impact repetitive movements. She shared an Instagram video in July where she does a leg raise on the reformer, which helps work the glutes, hamstrings, and calves:

Madelaine's secret for maintaining consistency? "I usually work out in the morning, so a key to me actually going is picking out my workout outfit the night before in my bathroom, with socks, undies, everything right there," she told TheThirty. "Then, I have no excuses.”

Food-wise, Madelaine eats a mostly vegan diet, and her real focus is getting enough protein, she told WH. “Protein is something I really have to be aware of in every meal or else my energy levels just go completely downhill,” she shared. Her favorite source? Red lentil pasta.

You’re an inspiration to us all, Madelaine—keep shining as bright as your Skims x Swarovski outfit!
