Maddie & Tae's Maddie Marlow Is in Her 'Mom Era' & Baby Forrest's Cheeks Are Everything

Maddie Marlow — of the country music duo Maddie & Tae — became a mama last month, and she seems to be absolutely thriving. She posted a carousel of photos on Instagram of her, her husband Jonah Font, and their 5-week-old son Forrest, and forgive us while we wipe away happy tears.

In the first pic, the “Girl In A Country Song” singer smiles down at her little bundle of joy as she gets him dressed on the kitchen counter. He is wrapped up in a towel and is next to the seriously beloved Honest Company Sensitive Face + Body Lotion (it has more than 3K glowing reviews on Amazon!). He looks to his left, seemingly enthralled by whoever or whatever is out of the frame. And lucky for us, his sweet little cheeks are on full display!

In the next, he is dressed in spooky skeleton pajamas, and Marlow understandably goes in to give those smushy cheeks a smooch. This is followed by a few more photos, including a couple of mother-son cuddle pics and a snapshot of the family of three going on a walk. Forrest is smiling in his sleep (SMILING. IN. HIS. SLEEP.) in his stroller, and we can’t even handle how adorable it is.

Followers — including her bandmate — were so happy for the new mom.

Marlow announced Forrest’s birth last month with a post that started with a snapshot of Forrest in a gray swaddle and a personalized hat. Next to the newborn was a sign that had his name, birthday, and weight.

Forrest is everything Jonah and I could’ve ever dreamed of, and we’d go through it all over again for him 🥹 Thank you Lord for the gift of this perfect boy and this magical time. We are so in love 🤍”
Tae, being the ever-enthusiastic honorary aunt immediately jumped in the comments. “PERFECT ANGEL!!!! I love him so much! Way to go mom and dad!”
